We don't know the size of Adam's Arms piston assembly, but from the center of the rail to the the gas tube relief slot is 1" and the width of the slot is .48"

NLA AR15 MLOK handguards. Hard coat anodized and includes solid billet steel barrel nut, shims, and 5 slot MLOK rail attachment.image

Designed to match our AR15 receivers, we machine our AR15 Mlok handguards from aluminum extrusions in house and hard coat anodize to mil-spec tolerances. A solid billet steel barrel nut ensures a solid and stable mount to your receiver. Whether you shoot for competition, hunting, or competition, we designed our handguards for comfort and strength without added weight. Each handguard features MLOK attachment points on both sides and the bottom of the handguard. Each handguard includes one 5 slot MLOK rail section and shims for timing the barrel nut.
