Will the nightforce competition 15-55 x 52 have good magnification at 1760 yards (1 mile ) and a 2000 yards? Expert Answer

Yes, this should work fine even at 2000 yards. In addition to having the requisite magnification, the glass quality is high enough to keep the image clear at that magnification as well.

Using a 30 moa rail, will this have enough adjustment to zero at 50 yards. Manufacturer Answer

30 MOA of taper in your rail will not allow you to zero at 50 yards. The Competition 15-55x52mm has 55 MOA of overall elevation adjustment. In order to zero it at 50 yards, you will need to use a rail with less taper, such as a 20 MOA rail.
