This tool works very well. The scrapper gets rid of carbon build up while the soft pad with a cleaning solution eliminates any residue. I recommend buying an additional package of pads. I used one for 3 cleanings. I like it.

Another good product from Otis. Makes hard to clean AR star chamber easy. Scrape loose the junk then switch to the felt pads to remove the loose debris. So far it's the best tool I have found for this application.

I really wanted this tool to work well to clean out the star chamber of my AR 15. It didn't. The tool extends but would collapse during use. The patches were minimally effective in cleaning. I can do a better job with Q-tips. Very disappointed. ...
