Questions & Answers
Will this sit higher on the same mount than an Slx 1x?

The difference is negligible. I have both. Eye relief is better on the GLX which you may or may not even notice depending on how forward you mount it. Sight picture is the same. Sight over bore is basically the same.

Will the Primary Arms GLx 2XP Carry Handle Adapter mount to this?

To answer my own question: Yes, BUT, the screws that come with the 2XP carry handle adapter for some reason won't thread into the optic. This however is irrelevant because the GLx 1X already comes with a carry handle adapter and the proper screws. I needlessly purchased an extra carry handle adapter.

Upgrade your sights by Bonedoc, Verified Owner, August 5, 2026

If you’re ordering this optic, you probably have experience with RDS’s and you’re wondering if this is a good fix for your astigmatism. For me, it was not. Idk if it’s my eyes or just the nature of the optic, but in certain lighting situations, I get...

Second one I’ve purchased. Clear and push button operated versus SLX model older knobs. Bought adm quick mounts for them also although not necessary. These come with an assortment of spacers and mounting options. Only downside is No cover included

Excellent short to mid range optic by M109 Steel Rain, Verified Owner, March 9, 2025
This optic is phenomenal. I already have the SLX 1x model. I would have bought the SLX again but Optics Planet had a president's day sale on the GLX for the same price as the SLX. I figured I'd try the GLX to see if it's any better. The thing I like ...

Just what I wanted all along. by Saltykrug, Verified Owner, February 26, 2026
Getting right to it. Clearest sight picture of any optic or scope I own. Reticle is clear and clean. Best color of green of any reticle yet. Size of optic is really good and the weight seems light. I've only put 50 rounds or less through my Hellio...
