Excellent short to mid range optic
This optic is phenomenal. I already have the SLX 1x model. I would have bought the SLX again but Optics Planet had a president's day sale on the GLX for the same price as the SLX. I figured I'd try the GLX to see if it's any better. The thing I like most about the GLX over the SLX is the 1/2 MOA increments in adjustment as opposed to the 1 MOA adjustments for the SLX. This allows for a more precise zero process, although keep in mind it's only a 1x optic so it's not a huge deal. If you prefer push button illumination as opposed to a rotary knob, then you might prefer the GLX. As for glass clar...

Excellent Optic
One of the best, perhaps the best optic available in my experience. High quality glass, etched reticle works without power, great daylight brightness, tough housing and great multi-configurable mount. Price is very reasonable for what you’re getting. Highly recommended.

Crystal clear
For only being a $300 optic, it is absolutly crystal clear! I'm amazed how clear the glass is for this price point. I actually ordered two of these because I like it so much. Good illumination even with a daylight target in the sight picture. Nice clear black reticle when the power is off or the battery is dead

Stigmatism and Poor Eyesight GLX-1X Optic Relief.
Holy Mackeral! I can see finally see thru a 1x optic and can make precise shots! I use my GLX-1X with a Holosun HM3X magnafier and it lines up with the optic with the straight mount and when dialed in correctly its like a scope. Whether 1X or 3X I can see the Cheveron and ranging lines perfectly with no distortion. I have worn glasses and had a stigmatism my whole life and now with the invention of the diaopter and the GLX-1X I can focus on the target and not have a blurry mess. Thank you Primary Arms!

Primary arms GLX 1X green prism
Absolutely love this optic, super crisp and very clear. Would buy again. Have it mounted on my 300 Blk pistol.

Nice Clear Glass. Has a very usable reticle,that can be backed up with a magnifier, plus you have the optional "kill flash" that's also available, and also has "carry handle" hardware kit, that's also available, as an option.

Just what i was looking for...
I was looking for an optic for my Flux Raider. Always been a fan of Primary Arms red dots, so i wasn't surprised with this one. I with with the green dot because of my astigmatism. I use to think it was just a matter of preference but its actually does help. If you're looking for a red dot bigger than your average pistol dots, this is the way to go.
