I got mine without the velcro or rails or shroud and it wasn't drilled for a 3 hole shroud. But it's not a big deal to drill it yourself. People make a big thing about it not being predrilled and I have used and built/sold well over 35 ballistic helmets and I never had a issue or could tell any difference with ones I drilled or pre drilled holes. Just use the correct drill bit size and drill at the correct angle and mark your drill holes properly using the shroud your gonna mount as a guide to mark the holes while holding the shroud in place with a clamp while you mark the 3 holes on the shroud to be drilled. Use a new sharp bit and you wont get any back punch out on the inside of the helmet from drilling. If it's a sharp bit the holes on the inside of helmet will be just as clean as the outside ones.
