Is this considered angled or does the ATF see this as vertical?

Based on the two criteria they quote for vertical grips, this grip is neither perpendicular to the fore end neither can you wrap your thumb around it. So it’s definitely pistol safe

I have this on my Kriss vector and I really like It. I recently purchased a 50 Beowulf pistol am I able to use this angled foregrip on it?

As long as your new rifle has a picatinny 1913 rail for the grip to attach to it will function as intended.

A3 Tactical does not provide the dimensions, or mounting surface length for their Kriss Vector Angled Foregrip. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

Would this fit a Stribog grand power?

Yes, the A3 Tactical Kriss Vector Angled Foregrip would fit the underside picatinny rail found on the Stribog. It was specifically designed for the Kriss Vector but will fit any other rifle/pistol that uses a picatinny rail.

This is going to sound dumb: I own a bullpup rifle; would this work for my firearm or is it too specific of an accessory that it wouldn’t make sense?

The A3 Tactical Kriss Vector Angled Foregrips are designed to mount to the Kriss Vector Picattiny accessory rail and are angled to match the receiver of that gun. It may work on another rifle depending on what that rifle was.
