Can this rig handle a suppressor

Absolutely... it’s actually preferred because the gas block is adjustable and the piston system directs the hot gases forward, away from the shooter. (DI systems work well too but there is no adjustment and the additional pressure from the suppressor forces more gas back into the receiver and out the ejection port.)

I noted a circle moniker on the upper receiver. I've never seen this mark before. Will this upper fit a Spike's Tactical lower?

These uppers will fit any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver.

Per Adams Arms the Daniel Defense Omega rails will work with their piston systems.
