Will this work with the mossberg 590 shockwave, with the crisom trace laser?

The Adaptive Tactical Saddle Mount Shell Carrier will interfere with the Crimson Trace laser as a mounting point for the saddle requires both sides of the shotgun to fit properly. So you would have to remove your laser in order to fit this carrier.

Does this product have a rail on top? I'm interested in attaching a red dot to my mossberg 930 so I want the saddle and a top rail.

Yes, this item will have a standard M1913 picatinny rail.
