Yes, it will work on a Gen3 G17 Polymer 80 lower.

that actually depends on what generation poly80 frame you have. the first gens are not compatible and will require major fine tuning and moderate amount of modification to some of the parts. Even after that it's not fully 100%.

The gen 2 poly80 frames will work fine and should be plug and play.

Absoutely! I used the G19 kit for training my teen on their first pistol. I have this one on my Polymer80 for plinking too.
