Yes, the Aero Precision M5 .308 Assembled Upper Receiver takes the larger barrel nut. The Aero Precision M5E1 Handguard Barrel Nut located at the link below will work if you plan on using an M5E1 handguard.

Yes, as long as the Wilson Combat barrel has a DPMS style barrel extension.

Correct. The Aero Precision M5 .308 Assembled Upper Receiver will not include a BCG or charging handle.

Will this fit a palmetto state KS-47 Lower? And does this fit a 7.62x39 bolt?

The Aero Precision M5 .308 Assembled Upper Receiver will not work with a PSA KS-47 Lower and will not work with a 7.62x39 BCG. The PSA KS-47 is a proprietary system and only work with PSA KS-47 upper receivers.
