Will this fit the mil spec upper or is it ment for the m4e1?

These are meant for use on mil-spec uppers and will not fit M4E1 uppers.

Will the 9'' rail cover the gas block on a standard 16'' barrel?

Not sure if you’ve already purchased the handguard but it all depends on your gas tube length. Best way to find out is to measure from the end of the top rail on your upper receiver to the end of your gas block.

The Aero Precision AR15 Atlas S-One M-LOK Handguard will be compatible with the Tromix Big Bore Billet Upper Receiver, however, some minor modification to the indexing tabs may be required.
