Is this the same as the .308 bolt carrier group?

No, this cannot be used with a .308 chambered AR as they are completely different calibers.

Is the bolt material C-158 or 9310? Specifications section list 9310. Features section lists C-158. Aero Precision site lists 9310.

I needed a side charging bcg for my 6.5 but can't seem to find one. Is this possible with this ?

The Aero Precision AR-15 6mm ARC, 6.5 Grendel Bolt Carrier Group is not a side charging handle compatible BCG. We currently do not have any side charging 6.5 Grendel BCG's.
