Does it come with the roll pins and the spring components?

The Aero Precision AR15 Ambidextrous Bolt Release does not come with roll pins or springs.

Will this work with a aero precision ar-10

The Aero Precision AR15 Ambidextrous Bolt Release is not compatible with any AR10/LR308 platform rifle as AR15's and AR10/LR308 rifles do not have interchangeable bolt catches.
