Need Armorer's Wrench! Let me start with: Tapco=discontinued; Magpul=No; Real Avid=No; NBS=No as 1 pin is angled; Truglo=No as 1 pin is angled. HELP!!

This product can be torqued with standard AR15 armorer's wrench with the exception of Magpul® Armorer's Wrench.

will this work with Aero Precision APRA400105C QUANTUM M-LOK Handgaurd?

You can use the Aero Precision AR15 BAR Barrel Nut to install Aero Precision handguards on standard threaded upper receivers. It is also supports Mil-Spec AR15 barrels with outer diameters up to .998 inches.

The Aero Precision AR15 BAR Barrel Nut and Shims only fits Mil-Spec AR-15 barrels with outer diameters up to .998”. It is not compatible with AR10 pattern rifles.

The Aero Precision AR15 BAR Barrel Nut and Shims will not work with the Aero Precision M5 Enhanced Handguards. You will need the barrel nut at the link below.

after torquing this down I am still 1/4" short of timing the gas tube. seems like I would need 10 or 15 shims. I tried it on two different uppers.

The Aero Precision AR15 Bar Barrel Nut features proprietary BAR interface, which is needed to install any Aero Precision handguard to a standard threaded upper receiver. This will work with the Aero Precision M5 Gen 2 Enhanced M-LOK Handguard.

Building a 300 Blackout with a 10 or 10.5 inch barrel. Using all Aero parts if I'm using this barrel nut do I still need an Extension nut or screw?

You should not need any additional hardware to mount the BAR Barrel nut to connect Aero Precision BAR style handguards to standard threaded upper receivers.
