What is the difference between h1 h2 and h3

It is a difference in weight.

H1= 10.8 oz
H2= 11.45 oz
H3= 12.4 oz

Because of your short barrel, I would recommend using the heavier H3 buffer to ensure proper functionality (Model: MPN:APRH100960C). Included is a Milspec buffer tube, which will be compatible with the SBA3 brace.

Because you are running your MK18 suppressed, it would be more beneficial to use the H3 buffer. MPN:APRH100960C

I would recommend using the H1 Aero Precision AR15/M4 Carbine Buffer Kit (MPN:APRH100959C) as anything over an H1 will be too heavy and may lead to reliability issues. However, if you are planning to use your rifle suppressed, an H2 buffer would be my recommendation.

Will this heavy buffer work for my 450 bushmaster build or should i go to the 308 buffer kit.?

The buffer system you will need depends on some other things like barrel length and gas system. However, I recommend using the H3 model of the Aero Precision AR15/M4 Carbine Buffer Kit. This would work well for most applications or rifles when building an AR in 450 Bushmaster.

Depends on the gas port size of the barrel and the if it is suppressed or not, H2 buffer would be a good place to start though!

Best buffer weight for a 10.5” carbine length gas system?

You will likely want to start with an H2 weight, but if you are running light weight parts the recommendation will change and if you plan on running a suppressor the recommendation will again change. What buffer weight will work best is dependent on alot of variables like caliber, carrier weight, gas block, ammo being used, etc.
