So this is the enhanced upper? not threaded and is it gen 1 or Gen 2

These Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15 5.56 Mid Barrel Complete Upper Receivers are the enhanced uppers. They are threaded and have the Gen 2 Enhanced Handguards.

are the barrels chrome lined?

Negative, these barrels are 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium with a QPQ corrosion resistant finish.
