I have a CMMG BCG and charging handle for 300 Blackout. Will this work on this pistol upper?

Yes, because .300 Blackout uses a standard AR-15 BCG and a standard AR-15 charging handle. So any AR-15 charging handle and DI BCG will work.

The Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced 8in .300 Blackout Quantum Handguard Complete Upper Receiver is in 300 Blackout so it is a .30 caliber. It will fit a Springfield Armory 300 Blackout Lower.

What buffer weight is recommended by manufacturer for this upper?

Aero Precision does not recommed a specific buffer weight for their M4E1 Enhanced 8in .300 Blackout Quantum Handguard Complete Upper Receiver. However, I would recommend using an H3 buffer due to the barrel length and caliber. This will allow for better functionality and use with a suppressor.

The Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced 8in .300 Blackout Quantum Handguard Complete Upper Receiver will work with a Mil-Spec Lower. So yes, it will work with a Franklin Armory CA11 Lower.
