These upper receivers will not come with a bolt carrier group or charging handle.

The Aero Precision M5E1 .308 Barrel Complete Upper Receiver model APAR308253M27 has a Chrome Moly barrel and the model APAR308556M34 has a Stainless Steel Barrel.

It will not fit as Aero Precision is a DPMS pattern upper and only works with DPMS pattern lowers. It will not fit on an Armalite AR-10 lower.

try cleaning the BCG and the chamber, 1 or both might be dirty and the fouling might keep it from ejecting the spent casing

Should I anticipate any issues fitting to an 80% lower? If so, what would I be up against? Thank you in advance for a response.

As long as its a .308 lower and matches the proper specifications for Aero/DPMS lowers there shouldn't be any major fitting issues as long as the 80% lower is properly finished.
