Since the G45 is a cross of an G17 and G19 will this trigger work in my G45?

Yes. The Agency Arms Drop-In Trigger will fit your Gen 5 Glock 19. This is the Gen 5 trigger upgrade that fits all gen 5 Glock 17/19/19X/26/34.
