Distance it can detect a human at night under normal conditions (no rain or fog) that shows human form.

Can this be mounted on a a pic rail

The AGM Global Vision Taipan TM10-256 Thermal Imaging Monocular is a handheld monocular. It is not designed, and will not attach to a picatinny rail system.

This unit has an internal battery. AGM would replace the entire unit if there was an issue that occurred under our warranty!
