Can the tubes be moved individually of each, such as lifting the right tube to be able to look through an optic?

Each tube uses its own individual hinge that would allow you to move one monocular to the side if you desired.

No, it does not include a RHINO mount, but AGM recommends the Wilcox G24.

Our NVG kits come with a standard head harness/cap kit which are compatible with dovetail/bayonet style mounts. We recommend the WILCOX G-24 Mount or a Norotos style mount!
