The AIM Sports Inc AK Optics QD Side Mount mounts to receiver side rails on AK47's. So yes, it could be used on a WASR-10.

The description states that this mount can be tightened to adjust to the different tolerances in different ak platforms. How do you tighten it?

I called the manufacturer and they told me to depress the clamp that holds this mount to the side rail on your AK so that you can turn the lever that tightens the clamp clockwise to tighten the tensioning. Turning it counterclockwise will loosen it.
