No, the Diamondaback DB10 appears to use Armalite-A pattern handguards.

No, the AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguard is only compatible with DPMS pattern AR10 rifles. It will not fit Armalite pattern rifles.

The AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguards do not come with a barrel nut wrench. The manufacturer does not state where the AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguards are made. For that information I recommend contacting AIM Sports.

Would the low profile or high profile be applicable to a CMMG Mutant?

CMMG MK47 Mutant is compatible with LR-308 High Pattern handguards. So the high profile AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguards will work with the CMMG MK47 Mutant.

Do I need a high or low profile? I have a S&W M&P 10 stock out of the box. I don't want to change any other parts to make the rail work.

The Smith and Wesson M&P10 is a DPMS Low Profile receiver. So the AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguard Low Profile model will work.

The AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguard is compatible with DPMS pattern high profile uppers. So it will work with a DPMS AR10.

The Bear Creek Arsenal AR10's are DPMS low profile pattern rifles. So the AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguard low profile models should work with that rifle.

Will this fit an Armalite rifle with the original Vietnam style hand guards? Will I need another gas block?

This AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguard is compatible with DPMS pattern AR10's, so it will not fit that rifle. The handguard at the link below will fit that rifle but you would need to get a low profile gas block.

Will this fit an Aero precision M5E1 enhanced AR-308 upper?

The AIM Sports Inc AR-10 .308 M-Lok Handguard will not work on an Aero Precision M5E1 Enhanced Upper. That upper was designed to only work with the Aero Precision M5 Enhanced Handguards.
