No, the Diamondaback DB10 appears to use Armalite-A pattern handguards.

DB 10 has a high profile dpms pattern. However, uppers made before 1-1-21 use a dpms 16tpi barrel nut. Uppers made after 1-1-21 use the armalite 18tpi barrel nut. The handguard is a very good match to the DB 10 color and looks like it belongs on the rifle.

Db10 has a option of 16 tpi and 18 tpi

The DB 10 uses a DPMS thread pitch for the barrel nut so the barrel nut will work. The Db10 tang matches a dpms High profile. However i'm unsure if the rails of the receiver and hand-guard will be perfectly aligned. I own a db10 and used a lancer lch7 DPMS pattern hanguard with zero issues.
