No, if your front sight has the bayonet lug on the bottom, as do most stock M&P Sport 2's. The third piece of the rail, which sits in front of your sight on the bottom side, hits up against that lug. Your options are to cut into the rail, cut off the lug, or do what I did: return the rail.
