No, if your front sight has the bayonet lug on the bottom, as do most stock M&P Sport 2's. The third piece of the rail, which sits in front of your sight on the bottom side, hits up against that lug. Your options are to cut into the rail, cut off the lug, or do what I did: return the rail.

Yes, it should. Please note the Ruger Delta Ring system is notoriously tight fitting.

I have a Windham Weaponry “MPC-11SBR-RF”. will this rail system fit over it and how far would it go past the barrel ?

It may fit, but you may run into issues with the front sight gas block and specifically the bayonet lug. This should not stick out past the end of the barrel and should be right at the end of the barrel length.

Will this fit a Springfield Saint?

This will fit as long as you have a carbine length drop-in handguard setup however the Saint rifle with a drop-in handguard is usually mid-length instead.

This will fit as long as you have a carbine length drop-in handguard setup, however the Ruger AR556 is notorious for it's tight fitment so some minor modification (filing/sanding) could be required.
