Will this sight maintain its durability and precision with an ak? Also will this mount to a picatinny rail?

AIM Sports does not provide a recoil rating for their Warfare Edition Dual-Illuminated Reflex Sight. It will fit to weaver/picatinny rail systems with the integrated mount. Bought .22 semi-auto with this sight but no instructions. Seems basic but can't figure out how to turn it on and where the battery placement is. Help?

The battery cap is found on top of the unit and should have a spot for a flat head screwdriver. You can unscrew that portion, insert the battery into the battery compartment and then you will just turn the dial until the dot is visible through the lens.
