Yes, the 1/2x28 5.56/.223 compensator will also be compatible with 5.7x28 ammunition.

The Airborne Arms Warthog Linear Compensator model ABN-AAUP-AAZ8 will not work with a AR45. There is currently not a model of the Airborne Arms Warthog Linear Compensator available for a .45 caliber.

No That specific version of the Airborne Arms Warthog Linear Compensator is designed for .223/5.56. You would need either MPN:ABN-AAUP-Z928 (1/2x28) or MPN:ABN-AAUP-AAZ9 (1/2x36) depending on your thread size.
