Does this Alpha hand guard have an ani-rotation pin in addition to lock nut to prevent any spinning? Please describe mounting procedure

It does not have an anti-rotation pin or tabs because the screws thread directly into the barrel nut from the handguard and lock everything in place. Here is a video done by Alpha Shooting Sports showing installation of their handguard:
