This is definitely a quality upper. Well built and nicely finished. I did swap the rear sight for a Matech, and I swapped the dust cover for a standard AR cover, but other than that it was a drop in, snug fit with my Franklin binary lower.

I couldn't find many reviews on this Guntec magwell adapter before I purchased, so I wanted to share my experience for anyone else looking at this item. My first impression when I received the item was that it seemed very solid and well made. The top set screw design with 2 additional set screws in the magwell is identical to the custom .45 magwell adapter that came with my .45 upper from Macon Armory. I am using this adapter in a Franklin Armory lower receiver and the fit was absolutely perfect. It slid in snugly with no slop, which is a testament to both Guntec and FA for maintaining proper tolerances on their products. The set screws were easy to tighten with the provided allen wrenches.

I did see one review that mentioned an issue with the extractor needing to be straightened, but mine was in perfect condition and seems to be sturdy and well made. I'm using C Products 32rnd mags, avoid ASC like the plague, and have had no issues whatsoever with mags loading/unloading, no feed or FTF issues, and LRBHO has worked flawlessly. I've only put a couple hundred rounds through my AR9 with this adapter, but even on binary mode with rapid firing I have experienced no issues whatsoever. I see no reason to pay more for some other brand, this Guntec adapter is solid, dependable so far, and gets the job done at a much better price.
