However, that is a lot of cant on your scope and you may not be able to easily shoot at targets that are closer to you. If you are shooting 1,000 yards out consistently I would say it should be fine. If not, I would recommend a mount with 20MOA.

Yes, any of the 30mm tube models should work properly. That may however may be more cant than necessary, you may have issues with closer distance shots.
