Yes. The American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON-S 40 MOA Scope Mount will work perfectly with that setup as that is what this mount was designed for. It will fit up to a 56mm objective lens and is best suited for AR10 platform or bolt guns using a chassis system. Much like your Ruger Precision Rifle.
