Not sure about the fit. Which front sight would go on the Sig 5", 1911 TACOPS?

These are not compatible with the Sig 1911 pistols, the Sig 1911 pistols use Novak sights instead.

Will the tall front sight fit XDs?

It will fit the sight cuts on the XD-S, however they might be a little wide due to the thinner slide on the XD-S.

Yes, these units will work with the XD-M and the XD-E as well.
