Yes, the Arisaka Defense Offset Scout M-LOK Mount is designed specifically for the Surefire Scout Light M600 and M300 series weapon lights, the Modlite PLH and OKW weapon lights, the Arisaka 300, 600 and 18650 Series Lights, the Streamlight Protac Rail Mount 1, 2 and HL-X (non-laser), and Olight Odin.

Will this work with a PEQ-15? Specifically, will this allow a Surefire Scout Light to get as close to the PEQ-15 as possible?

Unfortunately, the scout light will contact the PEQ-15. I’m currently seeking other mounting options such as Haley Strategic.

Is this compatible with a Midwest Industries Legacy MCX rail?

This offset mount uses MLOK. As long as the rail has this, it will work.
