The Athlon Optics 4-14 x 44 mm Rifle Scope will hold up fine to heavy recoil as it is shockproof, and features an etched reticle that provides excellent backing support for complex reticle design and offers great durability and much higher shock resistance to recoil.
No this scope does not come with MOA. And turrets are exposed.

We don't currently carry or offer any products from Optisan so we cannot compare. But Athlon, while a relatively new company has been putting out quality optics with a great warranty at a very affordable price so we definitely recommend them.
The scope weighs 23.6 oz and the side focus is 10 yards to infinity. Athlon doesn't offer a side wheel and we are not aware of any manufacturers who make a side wheel that is compatible.
