I am looking at putting this scope on my Savage bolt action 300 WSM. Will this scope handle the recoil and if so what rings would you guys recommend?

The Athlon Optics Talos 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope is shockproof and will withstand the recoil from a 300 WSM rifle. If you rifle has a picatinny top rail already equipped, I recommend using high height scope rings such as the TRYBE Optics Advanced Scope Rings (linked below). If you do not have a picatinny rail or scope base, please email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com and let us know the specific model rifle you have so we can recommend the correct base/rings.

Yes, the Athlon Optics 6-24 x 50 mm Rifle Scope is capable of holding it's zero under recoil from a 6.5 Creedmoor rifle.

Yes, the Athlon Optics 6-24 x 50 mm Rifle Scope will work well on a Ruger Mark II all Weather in 7mm Rem Mag. Ensure the scope is mounted properly and there should be no issues.

What is in the box with the scope ? Also can i purchase a sunshade for this scope?? Thank You

In the box is the scope, a CR2032 battery, and a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Athlon does not offer a sunshade for the Talos.
