I am looking at putting this scope on my Savage bolt action 300 WSM. Will this scope handle the recoil and if so what rings would you guys recommend? — 1 Answer

The Athlon Optics Talos 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope is shockproof and will withstand the recoil from a 300 WSM rifle. If you rifle has a picatinny top rail already equipped, I recommend using high height scope rings such as the TRYBE Optics Advanced Scope Rings (linked below). If you do not have a picatinny rail or scope base, please email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com and let us know the specific model rifle you have so we can recommend the correct base/rings.
