what is the height and how much elevation adjustment on this unit?

There is no height provided for this low profile model by the manufacturer, but looking at the images and knowing general heights, I would say the optical center of this low profile model is right around 1.00 inch. There is also no reference to the amount of elevation adjustment, but at the ranges this would realistically be used, there should be no issues running out of adjustment.

2 questions actully. Does this optic come with flip up lens caps? Can this optic support a kill flash?

It does not come with flip up lens caps. It comes with bikini style lens caps and the MCRD from Atibal does accept their anti-reflection device (ARD) or "kill flash".
