There is no height provided for this low profile model by the manufacturer, but looking at the images and knowing general heights, I would say the optical center of this low profile model is right around 1.00 inch. There is also no reference to the amount of elevation adjustment, but at the ranges this would realistically be used, there should be no issues running out of adjustment.
