Will this mount with scope rings on a Winchester Model 70?

The ATN ThOR 4 2-8x25mm Thermal Smart HD Rifle Scope includes a set of standard rings as well as an L-Shaped ring. They will be compatible with picatinny flattop rails, like that found on AR platform rifles.

The ATN ThOR 4 2-8x25mm Thermal Smart HD Rifle Scope could be used on a crossbow, however, functions like the ballistic calculator and reticle pattern would not translate.

Does is scope come in MOA. All of my scopes are MOA and absolutely don’t consider scope that are not (Old Dog, thing you know)
