Will this fit on a .750 journal Hansen contour barrel?

No, Hansen contour barrels come with their own pinned low profile gas block. If your Hansen barrel doesn have a gas block, call Ballistic Advantage.

Is the FSB pre drilled for taper pins?

They can't be pre-drilled. It has to be drilled after positioning it onto the barrel. when you drill it out it also partially drills through the bottom edge of barrel creating a groove in the barrel for the pin to grab. You also need a tapered reamer tool to taper the hole and make it fit correctly.

Yes, the triangle front sight is also the gas block.
