If you select the the .750 FSB. yes it absolutely will, as long as the gas block journal is 1.9" on any barrel.

Yes, the triangle front sight is also the gas block.

It is fact a kit, but mine had everything but the end cap (which is not pictured anyways). Mil-spec barrel nut but no end cap. It also included a sling swivel, but without the end cap, you can't complete a mil-spec build. The sight was also not drill...
