will this fit on the heritage rough rider with attached picatinny?

Yes, the Barska 1x30 Red Dot Scope uses a picatinny/weaver rail mount which will allow you to install the optic to your rifle's picatinny rail.

The Barska 1x30 Red Dot Scope uses a picatinny/weaver rail mount and will require you to have a picatinny or weaver rail equipped to your rifle. email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com if you need assistance finding a picatinny base for your rifle.

Does this Scope fit the Bolt Seeker Crossbow? If not can you recommend one that does.

This Barska 1x30 Red Dot Scope includes a picatinny/weaver style mount. So as long as you have a picatinny or weaver rail it will fit.

Can a 3/8" Dovetail base be included instead of the 7/8" Weaver base? It makes a difference.
