Will the mounts fit a Marlin 60?

The mounts included with the AC10039 can fit a Marlin 60 if your rifle has a *3/8" dovetail rail. If not, you may need to use separate rings or a proper dovetail mount that fits the Marlin’s specific dimensions

Will it fit 11mm dovetail mount?

The package includes two 3/8 dovetail mounting rings. It may not fit an 11mm dovetail mount, as the rings are designed for 3/8 dovetail mounts.

Do the rings that come with this scope fit on a pitcinney base?

No. The Barska 4x32 Plinker 22 Rifle Scope includes 3/8 dovetail rings, and would not be compatible with picatinny.

The parallax is set at 50 yards.

Will this attach to a Picatinny rail?

It will, but you will need to purchase different mounting rings as the rings included are meant for a 3/8" dovetail and will NOT fit a weaver or picatinny rail.
