It will depend on your AK, but you will bare minimum need an AK side rail that is found on the left hand side of an AK receiver which allows for AK mounts to be installed. If you do not have one, then you would need to get one installed by a qualified gunsmith.

If you acquire the ak side rail adapter yes. If not no because I used the whole system to attach the base to the receiver of the mosin nagant (or in some cases Mausers) and then the main part including the scope sits on a ball and uses the screw to push the scope housing onto the ball firmly to maintain zero.
