The BKL Technologies Model 261 4in Long Rimfire Unitized Dovetail Mount will likely interfere with your OEM sights and not allow you to use them.

BKL Technologies does not provide the distance between the rings on their Model 261 4in Long Rimfire Unitized Dovetail Mount. I'd recommend contacting them directly for more information.

Yes, the BKL Technologies Model 261 4in Long Rimfire Unitized Dovetail Mount will fit the CZ 457 11mm dovetail and allow you to fit any 1" tube diameter scope.
