Can this product be mounted on the BlackHawk Shoulder Harness w/Platform and if so how?

The Blackhawk Double Mag Cases do not have the ability to mount to the platform on the shoulder harness by Blackhawk. It uses a belt loop/belt clip mounting system.

No, this mag holster will only fit single stack magazines.
