This case comes in lengths of 28, 30 or 34". The stock pocket of this case is 3.5” tall and the barrel pocket is 5” tall. All are interior measurements.
The Boyt takedown cases only have 1 zipper, so they are not lockable.
Your 28" barrel will fit in the 28" case. If you prefer more room, you can bump up to the 30".
It does not appear that it would be compatible.

Depending on a few factors like rifle or carbine stock and whether or not you have a muzzle device on the barrel, you will easily be looking at needing a 46-50" case for that rifle. Even disassembled, the upper receiver will likely be around 34-37" in length, depending on if you have a muzzle device. I'll drop a few recommendations below.

For your Browning Citori 725 Trap, I would actually recommend going with the Boyt Harness Takedown 2 Barrel. This will have two separate pockets for your two barrels, as well as having a third pocket for the stock. To ensure you can fit the 30" and 32" barrel lengths, I would recommend going with the 34" version.

This will most likely not accommodate a 10/22 take down with an optic. The optic would have to be very low to receiver to even think about squeezing into the receiver compartment. This is made specifically designed for side-by-side, over/under or pump/auto take down firearms. You could use some sort of quick detach mount for the scope and just remove it when you are storing it. Andy bought one, to see if it would fit, and guess what? it does!
