The width across the handles from end to end is about 2.59"
Yes, a 300 black out uses a standard AR15 upper so this is compatible.
Surprisingly much better than the Raptor SD...
There are several differences that you can see in more detail on their respective listings, but the Sledgehammer charging handle has more features to reduce gas blowback in the shooter's face than the Warhammer charging handle has. The Sledgehammer latches are also thicker than the Warhammer's, though slightly less wide.
The Breek Arms Sledgehammer AR-15 Ambidextrous Charging Handle is made from 7075-T6 Aluminum.
This is a somewhat subjective question, and it does depend somewhat on what upper you use and the exact fitment in the upper. But we think so!
No, the 15-22 does not use a standard size AR15 charging handle.
Our charging handles are compatible with any mil spec AR15 upper!
Yes, both sides of the handle can be pulled to actuate the latch opening making it ambidextrous. The gas ports on top of the stem do point out to the right, but we have had several lefty shooters still choose our charging handles because they still reduce gas in the face even with having some gas relief ported out to the right. There are enough gas blocking features throughout the design that it still can help lefty shooters. But of course that does depend on the rifle, ammunition, and personal preferrence.
Our charging handles are compatible with any mil spec AR15 upper, so this should be compatible!
