will these rings work to mount an ATN Thor LT onto an X Bolt 6.5 creedmoor ?

Yes. The Browning X-Bolt Riflescope Rings will work for your rifle and scope. You will need to use high height rings which can accommodate up to a 56mm objective lens on a standard contour barrel.

That should work. Intermediate rings are for up to 50mm objectives.

Which ring height you choose will be up to personal preference, but you will need the 30mm rings and will likely find the intermediate height rings the most comfortable height.
